Sudden drop in battery % and battery voltage

I have a 9.5kW battery on an AC coupled GE Inverter.
Yesterday, I forced export down to 40% for Octopus Flux, afterwards the % dropped normally to 25% by 22:05.
However. At 22:10 the battery % was shown as 0% with there being no load changes.
The trigger appears to have been a rapid drop in Battery voltage from 50.25 to 45.13v between 21:30 & 22:05

During the night It imported and charged about 10kWhs, which is consistant with a battery at 0%

Has anyone else seen a rapid and unexplained drop in the battery %?

Rogerbu there are plenty on here and it's a known issue. They are working on fixing it, they're in beta test atm.

I too have a 9.5kWh battery, installed in Feb this year with a 5kWh hybrid inverter, and I've also been observing sudden drops in battery charge, almost weekly. The worst one was a sudden loss from 51% to 0%. It doesn't help when it happens at the most expensive charge time!
Does anyone know when the much anticipated fix is due to be released?

It's nice to know that it is probably not a hardware fault.
Let's hope a software fix come soon
