Hi guys another newbie here,

I have had an additional 9.5 battery added to my existing 9.5 and 3.0 AC coupler. Would you expect a re-commissioning 'event' to be kicked off by the installer? If not, how long would you expect to leave the system before normal operation would resume?
The reason I ask is once fitted (my batteries already being empty) completely recharged (despite not being scheduled to do so - but this was expected I guess), but once fully charged they are not now discharging to my home and my home is solely being fed from the grid.
It's only 18 hours after the additional battery was fitted, should I be more patient or call my installer?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Not discharging could be for a number of reasons, but favourites are: 1) calibration still running 2) ECO mode not set 3) Discharge set and conflicting with ECO mode.

Look out for calibration starting and ending events in the logs. Probably also worth checking you have the same firmware version on both batteries. I would check the portal and ensure your settings are correct (ECO mode, charge session enable - most likely overnight with a target SOC, discharge session disabled).
