For a few moment this morning my inverter had a flashing red light and a siren sound. I did not witness this, it was reported to me by another member of the family.
I can find nothing in the inverter notifications or logs that gives a reason for this.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Roberto Thanks. Yep, I did email them (I was in correspondence concerning another matter) Although they responded to the email they did not say anything about the alarm. I have mentioned it again. Will report here if they say anything.

I have now asked about this twice in emails to GivEnergy support with no answer. My mistake might have been to ask more than one question at a time which seems beyond the "First line service desk Engineer" who responded.
Out of interest - how loud was this siren?

It didn't sound like a proper alarm sound, and I thought it was coming from the Fronius inverter, but perhaps it was the AC3 inverter. What inverter do you have - AC3 or hybrid?

Unfortunately I did not hear it myself, this was reported by my wife. She describes it as loud repeated tone as if it was meant to be calling for attention. The light in the centre was red.
