Can't change battery reserve

A while ago I set the power reserve to 27&, I would now like to adjust it. I have made several attempts to do bo both via the app and the portal. D3spite the software reporting success the battery still stops discharging at 27%
I have also tried a factory reset but that fails.
Could someone please fix it or tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks

If you set that some time ago, the system could get confused.
Recent changes in the portal have stopped that happening but you may have settings that exist before those changes were made.

Drop a line to support@givenergy.co.uk and they will sort it out for you

I've had this problem.
Presently in an ongoing conversation with Adam, but getting nowhere.
The inverter has been restarted (always a good start!).
I've been told only to amend the threshold in the beta portal (presently set to 10% making 90% of the battery usable).
The mobile application is stating that the reserve is off.
So I don't have a single source of truth, and don't know where I am.
This used to work, and very well.
What has happened in order to stop it from accepting the values?

I know a new feature is being worked on regarding Reserve power. I have an issue with reserve in that I have set it to 4% on the inverter card but mine stops at 8% and will not drop anymore. Doesn't matter what i do.

The mobile application is still using the old way of managing the reserve, which can cause issues. We know that needs changing but it hasnt happened yet. That is no longer a valid source of data for this attrubute ( I know, we will fix that )

The beta portal is the source of truth. Adam should be able to bring the systems into line. Carry on with the call with him. Drop me a line if there are continuing problems

THALL Mine is set to 4% and always stops discharging before then. It started at about 8% and then over a few weeks it had crept up to about 20%. I've had the battery recalibrated which brought it back closer but at the moment it still starts importing when it gets to 8%. I know that the actual battery voltages are what are used to limit charge and discharge but if the percentage isn't accurate it makes it not very useful.

Can I ask whether any of those reporting this issue have seen a resolution yet? My very recent installation was sized to allow for a reserve against grid failure especially during winter months. The reserve value I initially set (via the App before the function was disabled) was also frozen in and couldn't be changed. Support seem to have resolved the first part of this - the frozen value - but I am still unable to set a new value for the reserve through the beta portal. First raised with Simon who quickly referred me to support who were helpful at first. However, my most recent emails to support - the last one on Monday - are unanswered or not being received.

For the time being, I think I have a workaround by setting the timed charge on 24 hours with the %charge I want for reserve.

AJD Not fixed for me.

Can I ask, as part of your install did you have your EPS circuit connected? If so what did you decide to power?

Yes, the EPS output was connected to a new separate distribution board to power my relatively low consumption 'essential' circuits only i.e. lighting, heating (oil boiler), security alarm.

The support team are a few people down this week, so all hands are helping to get through queries ( and yes, that does include me where I can )
We are having to do a little triaging so if you can wait just a little with a work around solution that would be great. Obviously if you have a significant problem still make the call but responses may be a little slower than we like

This should be a short lived constraint, and I thank you in advance for your patience
