Confused it shoes I had 21% at 9.15am but at 9.25am I had 100% , 10 mins later no grid or solar input. Is it an app issue or faulty equipment.
Also my battery drained very quickly around 3.45am , CONFUSED can anyone explain please.

Sorry incoherent above.
My SOC climbed from 21% to 100% in 10 minutes and drained very quickly at night is this app issue or faulty equipment?

Bolts SOC bug issues with the firmware. A fix is currently in beta testing. Check out the biggest thread on the forum for full details

Bolts Have you seen the rather long Firmware 3007 update thread? This is a fairly common problem but is being resolved with a firmware update. Quite a few of us here have been running beta tests since Christmas'ish

Bolts Whats your serial, I can take a look to see if this is a fault, or the SOC jump, crash bug

Ra oh that never-ending Firmware 3007 update thread. It's become quite the soap opera! While some fortunate folks might have a temporary fix, the rest of us are left waiting, unable to fully enjoy our outrageously expensive brick. GE keeps teasing us, saying the fix is 'almost ready.' Well, we'll just keep twiddling our thumbs and dreaming of the day when our devices can finally live up to their price tag.

alfwro I completely understand your frustration. For what its worth, looking from the ouside in, they are working hard on the fix and @TheDragon (GivEnergy) has been a great addition to their team. Communication is infinitely better and any issues I've had he has jumped on straight away.

From my personal point of view it is very close and hopefully everyone will be happy once it is out in the wild.
