Hi there, I have an AC3 and 9.5 battery. I tried to do the BMS update but it failed, it started, the battery level shot up to 100% but I got a failed notification an hour later. I have seen @TheDragon (GivEnergy) posting on a few threads of doing manually, but is this my only option? Should I contact support? If I do the “cleanup” of the Wi-Fi dongle that is recommended could the automatic approach work? I haven’t had too many issues with SoC jumping, but it sounds like it will inevitably happen. It also sounds like there is a new inverter firmware coming. I’m not really sure what the right approach is now, especially if there is no way to update without manual intervention. I am reluctant to risk more potential issues.
