Battery won't stop charging

Hello,

Just had my solar system installed with 9.5 battery pack and the only way I can stop my batteries from charging is by changing the charge power to 0w. It doesn't matter what time I set in the time charge setting or what charge to % i set or even if I disable the timed charge. Is this just the battery sorting itself out after commissioning? Or is there something wrong with the commissioning?

Beer and boargames Probably initial calibration which your installer would have explained (didn't they?). Take the hit, the worst that can happen is 9.5kWh to fill it (it might be more like 11, but hey ho). Usually best to do the charge when the sun's shining, but doesn't always work. Sit tight, it'll work out. ☺️
