Battery Quickly Discharging to 0% even after Firmware update

Yesterday our battery seemed to discharge itself from about 40% to 0% in about 5 minutes (see image). The Power Graph showed it jumping around a bit and then settling at about 6%.

I called Tech Support earlier who updated the firmware remotely to v3012. After the Firmware finished updating, the battery appears to have charged again to 100% it discharged to 0% again within 45 minutes. (see image). It also looks to be exporting at that time even though I've always had the settings sorted to avoid exporting.

I'll give Tech Support a call again tomorrow but does anyone have any thoughts or advice. I've seen a few similar threads but nothing that seems to provide a resolution. Thanks in advance.

something doesnt look right with this graph. If its charging, why would there be grid export. Where is the load gone? While charging, where did solar go?

Id have support look at the meter settings 1st

Thanks - I'll chase up tomorrow. Is the meter setting something I've got access to or is it just for Tech Support?
