Two questions if anyone can help. My panels are currently generating 3.0kw,exporting 2.9kw and yet my battery is stuck at 77% and is idle. Why isn't my battery charging beyond this level? The second question is that for a few weeks now red circle has with a digit ,currently the number 3 appeared on the inverter symbol on the dash board ,does this indicate a problem? I would welcome some advice on these issues.

If it seems to have gone to sleep, you can either try an inverter re-boot (in the Portal), or a quick forced charge or discharge via the App. Very often these simple things will wake it from its slumber.

Regarding the other issue, see if you can 'upload' a screenshot, as that will help others to understand what you mean.

ToothyChris Thanks Chris,my technical abilities are extremely limited so I will try and describe my problem. There is red circle with a number 3 next to the My Inverter symbol on the dash board ,sometimes it has other values but today it is 3.This red circle only appeared a few weeks ago and I have no idea what it signifies. As for the battery issue, I am not confident that I can re awaken my battery myself is there someone on the GE team that could do this for me remotely ? how do I contact them? Is the help line line I can phone? Thanks.

Blue sounds like the notifications tab. Have you clicked it to see what it shows?

Mine was showing a 4. I've archived all the existing notifications to stop the 4 showing. Reading them didn't seem to clear the number.

Aha! Yes it seems that it was various notifications that battery voltage was high. What I am supposed to do about it though is a mystery as I thought that any imbalances in the system would be automatically remedied.

Blue Are you on the latest firmware? Have you raised this with support?

THALL I have just loaded the a latest firm ware,The fault occurred before I loaded it.I think the draining of the battery as part of the new firmware update may have sorted the problem out.Thanks.
