Hi I am new to solar. It was fitted a couple of days ago. And the person that fitted it said the battery will start charging. But we have had sun and solar working well but battery still at 0% is this Wright or is there something wrong. Or do I need to do something

If you go to your web portal and click on notification, you should see these and then you can say if the commissioning and battery calibration was done. The battery calibration means the battery is completely drained and then charged up to 100%
Nicky Go to the web portal - inverter card and make sure ECO mode is enabled. This mode minimises grid import/export and balances the available PV and house load by either charging the battery from surplus PV, or supplying the house from battery if insufficient PV. Eco mode is all you need unless you want to start timed charge/discharge etc.
