I’ve integrated with the octopus API to pull in accurate readings for energy from grid in the dashboard. I seem to be having a pretty stable minimum of 0.019kwh grid demand (outside of two situations - demand being too high so pulling larger amounts from grid; nothing to take solar excess so its fully exporting a few hundred watts to the grid)
This is 0.019kwh per half hour slot, so 0.038 per hour or 38w equivalent continuous draw. I don’t know if it is continous or not
anyone else see something like this? is there any setting in the inverter where you can increase the battery draw to ‘overbalance’ the grid demand? maybe the CT clamps aren’t accurately measuring and it can be compensated for?
Small on the overall scheme of things but still adds up to around 30p per day/£10pm/£120 per year
