Home button shows offline

Hi last few days home button on ge app shows offline.
When press away it shows data.
Any suggestions?

Afroz what phone do you have? in Settings > Local Monitoring are you set to manual or automatic search, can you scan for your inverter? have you got another device to try it on?

Have you tried swipe closing the app from the android open apps screen, then re-opening the app?

Mines been a bit unreliable recently, but the above, or toggling from home to away to home, or pulling down in the app, to refresh it, a couple of times usually sorts it.

Afroz Two things. First, force closing the app and reopening can often cause it to pop open. Although usually switching to Away and hten back to Home has the same effect.

Secondly, go into the Settings section within the app, then Local Monitoring. Press the Scan for your Inverter button. It'll chunter along for a bit, then should pop up an IP address below, with a tick next to it. Is this the case? And if so, does the Home tab then work?
