Firmware update then battery calibration hang

HI,
New bloke with panels and battery here.
Gen 1 GIV-HY3.6 inverter, 9.5kWh battery.

Just getting going (new install) and firmware updated was prompted and started and completed. Then a battery calibration was started, but now nothing. It said it would take a few hours, but that was yesterday! I've noticed the battery firmware version is 0, which can't be right...

May need a manual update?

I'd be calling my installer.

Just thought I would ask here while waiting for a reply.

You should have full use of it by now. It would not be the first an 8nstaller forgot something or put a CT the wrong way around. Basic stuff really, but they continue to not get things right first time.

try a battery reboot. Black button on RHS. Hold for 5 secs and let go. Everything will go off. Press to restart
