Panels went off about 6:35pm during daylight, battery export to virtual zero and I can’t turn off. On flux so had some benefit. What has happened? No automations running, server reset. Still no incoming solar power and nearly empty battery. What do I do?? This has not happened before. Install mid March 23
Also in eco mode - according to app and portal.
Having to pause in quick mode otherwise is importing from grid at 1.90 kw. It’s the only way to stop import. I’ve checked all automations and all off
Tried an inverter restart from the portal?
Sunny saw a few people the other day where their installer had kicked off the battery update for them. Might be worth checking your history in the inverter page of the web portal. Then go to remote control in the top right.
Might also be worth posting inverter and battery versions to with serial numbers incase on of the mods picks it up 🙂
