Hello all, been without contact with my inverter and battery for 18 days now. All other WiFi connected items in the garage still working well (Zappi and Solis inverter for the panels). GivEnergy WiFi dongle just flashes blue so I followed the .pdf reset and then hard reset instructions and then bought a brand new dongle and did the same full reset with no luck. Two productive calls with GE support but they then directed me to the installers - who are not assisting. Before I escalate with the installers or try GE again has anyone had a similar issue and/or is an inverter a rest a possible fix and something I can do as a non techie user? The battery is following the last command of filling to 80% at cheap EV overnight rate which is not helpful given the generation of the past two weeks! Thanks in anticipation.
WIFI Dongle issue - reset inverter?
I am really sorry it seems that I have the same issue for the last 2 days now. I changed broadband provider and that seemed to have caused the issue and don’t seem to reconnect to my inverter or dongle. I am really disappointed with the level of support given by give energy and eon to help sort this out
BGD just replied to your post with my "fix"

Not sure if you’ve still got the same problem but I had this issue and have written up the resolution in thread “Dongle won’t connect to local WiFi after router change”.
Hope this helps.

if you changed broadband supplier then surely you have a new router with a new network name (ssid) and password and now need to set it up for the dongle, or easier change the log in details to match the old router.
