Unable to log into the app?

I am unable to log into the mobile app. Is it working for anyone?

Having a glitch on iOS just now, I have come to expect this most days for a short while.

On Andriod I am ok at the moment. However its not infrequent that I launch the app and the username and password fields are blank. That is an indicator to me that there is an issue. If I do enter my log in credentials nothing useful happens. My app is set to remeber my log in details so the norm is that I launch and it shows the GivEnergy logo and then goes on to the power flow diagram. When it fails I just leave it for a few minutes and try again and it behaves normally.

All sorted, my zappi installer had turned it all off to move a meter. Everything is back up and running now.

@THALL You'll never look at the givenergy app once you're up and running with the myenergi one. 😆

judgepd Well, yes. But until I get a second harvi and another ct clamp I can not see both my PV arrays. But yes the myenergi app is good!

I am having this issue. My username and password are correct as my password manager stores them... and works fine when I log out of the web app and log back in again. Anyone got any ideas?
