I did call yesterday but my question at that time was String 2 was at 145 volts and so the thought was it just hadn't swiched on, so the support technician reduced the start up voltage to 130, and said would take some time to react.
But now, with more time to look at data, it's very odd...
As the day starts String 2 voltage climbs to 130 ++, as soon as it reaches 145 it shuts off, but if the voltage then reduces to below 145 it does not resume. I assume it will tomorrow.
Reading other posts, could it be export shutdown?
At moment I am Octopus Flexible as the installation was only finished Friday.
The parting comment from the install electrician late Frday afternoon was, that he couldn't commission String 2 as it was not generating - but it was bright sunlight and 145v from the array.
