I noticed the last 3 days the graph stopped working properly in Ty the afternoons. My energy made Ty this afternoon seems to be totally showing it's being consumed by us. The total amount produced. So my battery is not charging. When we put a appliance on nothing registers like we have nothing on. The consumption is just marrying the energy. There seems to be something seriously wrong. I have checked the settings and the discharge mode is on dynamic is this right?
None of the very expert people on this forum has replied so I offer my probably simple input. Few homes use that amount of power at this time of year and it’s not possible for it to be the same as the generated power.
So your installer must have put the current transformers (ct) in the wrong position.
Get them back on the next working day (tomorrow).
In the meantime look on the portal at where your power is going, to the grid probably (needs a tablet or PC to view on givenergycloud)
