Battery stuck and using from grid

Morning everyone, I hope you're well. I have a new system commissioned in March and it's worked ok until recently. The weird blips seem to have coincided with playing with the battery discharge settings (Octopus Flux) and now I'm stuck at 66% charge and using from the grid.

I've been reading through these community threads and find them a little daunting - everyone seems like tech pros or electricians with their level of knowledge. I've looked through the very information supplied from the installer and can't find any details about firmware updates, recalibration of the battery etc. Have I missed some significant details on how to use this system? Any help would be appreciated.

Ashman do a reset on the portal My Inverter > Settings > Reset to Defaults. Then make sure Eco mode is on, and if you need a timed charge you'll need to set that again. See how that goes.
