have had the fault light on several times on first battery and now the third battery as well, but tonight the batteries are showing as idle so using electric and not the battery even though at 100%. has anybody else had this problem?
25_lilyholt has your breaker for the battery tripped? / Are you seeing errors in the dashboard?
thewhalw21 no there is no problems with breaker and nothing showing on the system as i can see, but then do not really know what i am looking at as never been shown how to use the system. So I have not done anything to it. still shows as being set to eco mode.
it may be the new firmware has taken them offline due to overvoltage, try a forced discharge for 5 mins then re set ECO to see if that brings them back on line.
positor1 thank you - they are doing the 2nd recalibration at the moment - first time only the one battery worked after so we will see what happens tomorrow
