Battery not getting power

Why is the grid getting power when the battery isn’t fully charged…?

ONEIL check the charge settings (cog in top right) make sure charge power is not set to 0. Might be worth resting to default from the portal if thats set correctly.

ONEIL that's a snapshot in time 3m 23s ago. You need to be on home to see what it's doing more consistently. It could be that you were consuming the excess then your usage dropped, inverter takes around 30 seconds to see this as export before diverting to battery,
