I’ve had my battery in for nearly two weeks now and all was running smoothly for first 3 days, until it wasn’t; inverters internal clock is now 1h out so is starting charging at 2330 instead of 0030 only noticed this 3 nights ago when I saw smart meter pulling over 3Kwh and checked GE app noticed the discrepancy. The graphics look right but it’s all advanced tried resetting time and date on inverter in cloud and a few other resets on app to no avail, has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you resolve.

Any help appreciated thanks James [

Assuming you're in the UK or Ireland, is your timezone on your portal account set to GMT? This isn't labelled very well, it should really be labelled "Europe/London" (or Dublin). Also "Sync Inverter Time" while you're there. If the portal times look right, check the settings on your phone in case they're wrong?
