Entering export info into app……😡

Confirmation today of export arrangement with EDF…app has options for EV’s I don’t have an EV…!!!
GE offers a template to manually enter info… enter standing charge…enter multiple tariffs ( peak / off peak ) and times….so far so good…!!! Tick box ✅ confirming export…try to enter tariff…05.60 …the decimal point disappears…😡…can’t proceed to submit…!!! Any help would be greatly welcomed

ONEIL you might be best off using the portal instead of the app to do this, I'm on Octopus so by providing my account details everything pulls through automatically, I think I saw EDF on there but can't be sure. If so there might be an easier way by entering your account info
