I am having trouble with my electricity supply meter and it fails to update display 2 which is my off peak KWHs. I have input the tariff times and costs and smart tariff displays the changes and power usage correctly. The issue is it only shows a total estimated cost. Is there a way I can obtain separate totals for both off and on peak usage?

Call your energy supplier and tell them that your smart meter hasn't been updated to show your time of use tariff. Without the meter being aligned to your tariff, you will be charged for all your energy and the single rate.

Presumably, this is on the Givenergy portal? I can't find a time of use split on the Givenergy portal or reports.
