How long does it take for export data to appear in Smart Tariff?

Wotcha.

Switched to Octopus mid-May, and switched my export as soon as possible after. Import was live on May 18th, and export on May 28th (although they only actually updated my account to show this on June 9th).

I've stuck all my details into the smart tariff section, and I'm seeing the import data all the way back to May 18th, but Export is still showing No Data Available.

Is it just something that takes a while for it to start feeding through, or have I forked up the tariff settings somehow?

Atkinstagram If it's not showing, I suspect that Octopus have cocked something up.

You can check yourself using this tool:

https://energy.guylipman.com/sm/admin?source=octopus

and see if your export MPAN is showing. If it isn't, then Octopus have done something wrong.

It's only showing FluxImport, so looks like they've cocked something up.

Phil_H Nope, it gives me the "Oh poppycock" error.

Checking the link that Proximus supplied, it shows my electricity import and gas import as On Supply, but my electricity export as MTD_RECEIVED, so it looks like Octopus needs to do..... something.

On hold with someone at the moment, but they don't sound like they understand what I'm referring to.. O.o
