My battery drains, most days for 30 min from 7am till 7:20 or 6:45 till 7:15 , e-mailed giv energy said wait for new inverter firmware, ive got firmware 3012 installed.
i asked if i could go back to old firmeware had no problems with that no reply .
any help
abr firmware 3012 is for the battery, depending what inverter you have depends on if you can get a new firmware for that, but have you tried doing a reset of all the settings in the portal to see if that fixes it?
abr Are you saying that the battery exports to grid or that it supplies house load during this period?
all the battery drain just goes nowhere, nothing to the grid or house just vanishes, i did try inverter reset no luck.
abr Can you post a chart from the Portal - inverter card - Inverter Data (3x3 square box in top right) - graphs tab? If you screen capture it (Shift-WindowsKey-S on Windows PC), you can paste it directly into a reply here.
Have you tried an Inverter reset to defaults (Portal - Inverter Card - Settings - Reset to defaults andsubmit)?
abr So there's a collapse in State of Charge. The BMS thinks it's doing nicely, then when the sun comes out and starts to charge the battery, it realises, it's SoC is wrong. It drops the Soc which recovers until, just before midday, it shoots up to 100%. The BMS needs the latest firmware, which should be available from the portal. If you're on 3012, then @TheDragon (GivEnergy) would be glad to see this.

abr unless he knows what your forum name translates to in the real world (unlikely unless he's helped you before), then he'll probably need the inverter serial number to identify you.
Scratch that. It's in your screenshot above.
CE2209G177 is my inverter serial number to identify me , do i message him with it and he updates the firmware.
abr To tag him you have to press the @ symbol the start typing "the" and then press Enter to select. @TheDragon (GivEnergy)'s display name is different from the user name but when you do as above, it'll tag him correctly.
abr Have loaded the AC3 beta for you and added you to the Beta program, for future updates.

If you check the software tab on the MyInverter web portal website, you should see the new software version has been applied.
