I am currently on the Octopus Cosy tariff as I have an ASHP as well as a battery. However I think for the summer months when I haven’t got heating on it would be sensible to switch to the Agile tariff.
Is there anyone who would be willing to talk me through how to automate the charging of the battery based on the cheapest unit prices please.

DavidMyers There are some "smart" automations built in to the app/web, when on agile, in the smart tarrif tab, Cant share a picture of them as i'm not on the tarrif atm
It may also be worth looking into Octopus R&D app, Its got some more logic available than Giv energy app, Eg you can charge at/below certain price points. Anything more than that and you may want to look into Home assistant.
If all you want to do is charge to full at the cheapest rate, Built in automations should be fine
