I’ve approx. 7kW of PV on my roof and a 5kW export limit from my DNO.

I’ve a Gen1 5kW Hybrid that I can get moved to my work premises along with my batteries.

I understand that I would need a new inverter to connect my existing panels to the AIO gateway.

Would the AIO gateway handle the export limitation or would I need two EM115 meters?

Edward The AIO needs to be set to limit export to grid from the battery, your new inverter will need whatever it needs for that limit to be applied. A solis inverter for example can limit export via a ct clamp.
