Is it normal to wake up in the morning to the bright hot sun and find your battery is flat and idle along with your inverter on idle and sometimes offline? This defeats the task of gaining energy from the sun, does it not? But what can be done about it?

kingarthur Not normal. First I would make sure your system is set to ECO and all other options off to test default running. If it still does not start charging then you will need to contact your installer (depending on system age) or givenergy support to take a look.
