I have been fretting about the round trip losses in my 9.5 battery. It seems better now with very slow charges through the day, and light usage, but its long term average since March install is about 72% Out/In according to the portal. Updated to new firmware for both inverter and battery end of May, and that may have helped (?)
Looking at the cell voltages with givtcp, it looks like I have a real outlier on one of the cells. Is this something that needs a call to support ? If so is there a second line support contact, as my last call about the round trip I struggled to get across that I wasn't asking about the charge or discharge rate.
I am a first4solar victim customer, so cant get installer back to investigate.
Update: Forgot I had more history in the flux database :-). Looks like this issue wasnt obvious from install, nor after the BMS update on the 13th May, only after the inverter update on the 30th May. Could of course be coincidence.
