My system was installed 3 weeks ago and the time shown in the app charts is one hour ahead of BST. I saw a suggestion to login to the portal and resynchronization the inverter but how do I get to login?

Make sure your timezone is set to GMT in the portal "Account Details" screen.

How do I get into the 'portal'?.
I can see Account Settings but there are no related options.

Ah. I see. I have to go to the website URL through my browser. I was trying to find it through the smartphone app. I'll try that when I get home. Thanks.
