Hi all . Had 16k worth of hardware installed.
2 x batteries . Solar panels. Hybrid inverter.
The inverter died after two months and last worked on 3/6/23
It’s now 23/623 . Been on to Givenergy and we have a five week wait for the repair.
Customer Service Nil as far as I’m concerned.
Barksy Did you speak to your installer first? But yes 5 weeks if the timescales they have quoted a few times now

Yep sorted with installer which also slows the process down. My issue is the fact that a two month old inverter being repaired isn’t a priority with Givenergy. It will have been off longer than it worked. It’s their quality issue not the installer.
