Can anyone tell me how I would charge my battery on cheap rate electricity.I am with octopus and my current tarriff runs out on the 30 th July.

L159152 you can set a timed charge either on the app or on the portal.
For the app go to Settings Cog (top right) > Charge Mode - change to Solar + Grid > Add the start and end times & charge target percent > Save
In the portal go to My Inverter > Settings > Timed Charge > toggle the Enabled/Disabled toggle > Set start and end times and charge target percent > Submit
Users sometimes find the portal works better than the app
