Has anyone else got an issue with setting the timed charge. Mine has defaulted to off and when I try to reset to early morning it won’t allow. I have tried on all the dashboards and the mobile app and none will work.

I have a timed charge on that was working yesterday - will check it tonight. I do have the same issue though with a timed discharge - the interface simply says the inverter isn't available.

MRich yep it’s saying the same to me on the timed charge..I hope it’s only an isolated issue as some have very cheap night rates on Octopus go etc.

Yep, same happened when I set my nightly charge at 9pm via the battery API. This is the garbage output I got back...

Inverter not found here as well.
It was fine a couple of days ago when I reduced my timed charge to 80%. I’d like to set it back to 100% for tonight because it’s colder - but I can’t :-(

My existing timed charge is still working, so it's something to do with updating the inverter settings as that's been in place for a week or so now.

From the App, the 'Smart Charge' has been turned off (not by me) and battery charge time is start & end time of 01:37 ??????
Save changes reports 'saved' but it hasn't taken any values.
Cloud say Inverter Not Found if I try to Restart the inverter .
HEEEELP!
Is this to do with the disappearance of Winter Mode button????

I was able to successfully change my settings on the beta portal a minute ago. Wasn’t working all evening so hopefully that’s the problem fixed.

API also reporting good responses again, but I've fiddled with so many portals, apps, local control settings in an attempt to stop it over-charging, I'm not sure which settings are taking effect! 😆

I reported as a bug and received this response from support…
“Hi, We've identified the cause of this problem and have applied an update to fix it. Remote control should now work as expected.”
Everything appears to be working again.

Yes, it was sorted in time for me to change my charge level before bed. Pretty impressive response from support!

The problem seems to have returned.
I cannot change the timed charge from charge to 4% between 00:01 and 00:01.
Edit - I was abke to change settings in old portal which seems to have worked.

Currently all my settings ignore my suggested values and do what they like.

As above, Timed charge and discharge are both ON and keep defaulting back if you reset.
