My battery has been 100% since middayish. Just checked and dropped to 0%.
Notifications on inverter saying (battery voltage high).
Should I be concerned? What's happened?

This is 9.5kwH with a gen 2 hybrid 5kw inverter.
I am getting the same error message but my battery is 90% and not charging or discharging.
I have tried an inverter restart, but this has not resolved the issue.

I spoke to Technical Support - they did a reset of inverter (I had already done this). The warnings seem to have stopped, but now the battery is idle and still at 0%...
Plus there is a red light on the battery... 🙁

This is when it happened...any ideas as to whether I should do anything?
Funnily enough the installer came back out today to try and get the Ethernet connection up and running. Whilst the engineer was here the battery turned itself off and now won’t stay on. It only stays on if MCB is off. They’ve spoken to Giv and an engineer needs to come out which unfortunately is going to take 4-5 weeks. It’s thought the issue may be the inverter. Several battery high voltage notifications this afternoon too. And then dropped to zero as it went offline.
A few weeks ago I several battery high voltage notifications, but a change to the firmware had seemed to sort it out and everything had been running really well. Just by chance it all happened when the installer was here.
MartinCuss have you had any update on this?
I turned the battery off and on (I had forgotten you could do this)...light back to green and showing 100% again!
michaelhoskins I've not had any contact or response yet. The system seems to be behaving itself now though, charging and discharging as it should. I did do an inverter restart, yesterday, but it didn't look like it resolved it at that time, but it has since resolved.
I'll check if there's a newer firmware available, mines currently on D0.450-A0.451 which was only updated a couple of months ago.
My inverter is also now showing a green dot next to it instead of red.

From my understanding, when this happens it 's because the cell voltages have gone too high, out of spec, so the inverter basically tells the battery to "go away". When this happens, the SoC is reported as 0.
After some time, the cell voltages will drop back down into spec, naturally, and then the inverter says "Ok you can come and play again"
I've had this a bit on previous BMS firmware, but since 3013 (or 3068 beta) its been perfect....so far.
