SmithEN6 Seems like you have a fault, What does your web portal say? Maybe the battery breaker has flipped?

SmithEN6 guessing that's the EPS circuit (emergency power supply)
It's usually fed by the grid when the grid is up and the battery when the grid fails.
What EPS do you have? A simple double socket or an essential circuit board or is the whole house powered via the EPS?
How many things have you got turned on, on that EPS circuit? If it's more than the inverter can handle, it'll cut out.

I've got just a Double switched socket but nothing is plugged into it? that's what I cant understand.
I have 89% in the batteries! is the a reset on the inverter? as I have tried all the resets on the portal :

And the Inverter is offline and I can't restart it

Strange. Might be something to raise with your electrician/installer. Or GivSupport when they open tomorrow. Doesn't sound good, especially if there's nothing connected to the socket.
You could try turning off the entire system and then turning it back on, but I'd be tempted to wait for professional help.

I have tried all the re boot options but looks like a call to Giv in the morning.
