Am having issues with a slave battery that initially shut down ( no LEDs ). Spoke to GE technical several times and was advised to power down all three batteries and power up.
The dead battery came on showing it was fully charged but the power light stays red and will not turn off again to reset.
The app only shows two batteries and is not showing a fault ?
Could this be a faulty battery ?
chadwickcv7 Don't know the answer to your question but I've just had a similar problem. Red status light on the first connected battery (2x8.2 in the one gen 2 inverter). However, I cannot reboot it. Holding the button in for the usual 10 seconds is not rebooting the battery. Invert had also shown as faulty on givenergy.cloud but rebooting that cleared that issue. Now have constant flashing green ring.
Have contacted my installer and am awaiting comments.
