Hi All,
All my panels and both inverters have now been swapped because of issues by previous installer (F4S).
I've notice on the cloud portal I'm seeing generation ( on both inverters) but now not seeing the running total, which remains at 0?
Any ideas what maybe causing this, also house loads seems higher than previously shown?

Anybody have an updates on this - desktop site still doesn't show current daily tally of generation or total since install ( since Gen 3 inverters replaced).
Will show the current amount when hovering the mouse over the house?

Did you get an email from GE saying commissioning had been completed? I didn't when I was supposed to because my installer didn't push the cable between the battery and inverter home properly. It was connected enough for the inverter to sort of see the battery but the data lines weren't properly connected. After switching everything off, about 1mm push up on the connector into the inverter then switching back on and it all started working properly and shortly after, I got the commissioning complete email.

I've had the commissioning finished notification in my app/cloud messages. I will look a the cables though as you suggest but think it would be unlikely it would affect two inverters?

94jdh If you've had confirmation that commissioning has completed then your connection is fine.

It's a strange one, as I'm not the only one having this issue.

I had a similar issue after my install was completed & setup by GivEnergy was also competed. I foud that 1 of the CT clamps had its wires the wrong way round. I already had another solar installation plus lots of other monitoring equipment already in place so could compare.

I'll have a look, can't see it being that as the app is showing solar total for the day data, and the CT clamps were already on from the previous install (this being a retrofit of gen3 from gen2). Inverters in a separate garage at the end of the garden.
