Click on the bar chart logo, three from the left at the bottom of the screen. having done that, click on the solar panel logo in the mddle of the top row below the graph. Numbers are below. If your phone doesn't show the total number at the bottom (my Samsung doesn't), then click on one of the pylon pictures, go back to the home icon at the bottom, then revisit the bar chart icon and it'll let you scroll up to see the total at the bottom after clicking on solar panel or other icons.

Sounds more complicated than it is. I blame the late bottled vintage port for that. 😮

StewartBuxton I find that on my ios app (on an SE2) that it is difficult to scroll down to the bottom of the page that @mrand31 says. So, for example when u select the yellow icon that looks like a wire mesh (of a solar pannel) the bootm of the screen has 4 values, 1. generation to home, 2. generation to battery, 3. generation to grid and 4. total generation. Under normal viewing i can see 1 -3 and then struggle to scroll to see 4. Are you trying to compare what GE says you have exported to the grid vs what your smart meter says you have exported ? If so, i believe there are some threads on here highlighting that there are differences between the two for a number of reasons.

I'm finding on the cloud portal ,the total Generation and daily generation is sitting at zero since I've had the gen3 inverters installed - it was fine before?

94jdh Mine has also stopped reporting on the portal; both generation today and generation total are now zero and have been for a few days.

I've heard of a few more with the same issue on a Facebook group, very strange. If you hover over the house picture it actually tells you the current daily generation still .

94jdh Perhaps someone is revisiting the portal to get it summing correctly for everyone, irrespective of their plant configuration? It's not a massive issue (for us) as long as the inverters are doing their job.

Well, apart from the BMS issue on one battery, the web portal is now showing generation data, not zero anymore!

Yes same here. It’s been fixed now.
