For some reason its telling me how much home is consuming but consumption total is 0, also there is always big gaps in the data, does none of this get stored before sending it to cloud every so often?

Ill try to spoiler the images as to not make the post too long.

Does anybody with an AIO know if you can use both LAN and Wifi at the same time? Also can LAN connection be made without shutting everything off as I see the entire unit is closed up and I cannot see anything.

This is infuriating, I see its online, try to change a setting and BAM its offline again.

Edit 2
Something else gone wrong, battery was on 63% but now im running off grid, still cannot connect systems despite strong signal via wifi analyzer and both HF-A21's are being show in the router page.

Seven grand and im basically flying blind with this AIO/Gateway unit.

It's LAN or WiFi. Think there's some dip switches to change the settings. Try searching for dip on the forum to find the relevant posts.

I know I have been a bit active since joining a few days ago but its all a learning process for me but I feel like something is off.

I have a Solax X1 Boost inverter connected to the AIO+Gateway but for the more experienced users of solar (I am not even a week old yet) do I need a separate system to monitor home power usage and whatnot or has mine been set up incorrectly, apologies for the image spam.

Today so far

This is from the 21st

Is this normal or has something been set up wrong?

Home total consumption only seems to work when running from the grid.

I know for a fact that battery to home has been way more than 0.77

I wish there were more videos on youtube with people having this so I can see some comparisons on what im seeing and what others are seeing.

Jellybaby that defo doesn’t seem right. I’m not sure if it’s a firmware/software issue with the AIO or maybe a CT clamp is incorrectly set. I’d guess it’s the former..

The GivEnergy system should be all you need to monitor your consumption.

simon_rb It is certainly quite odd, another thing ive noticed is that the power on battery always seems to be 80 higher than the power draw on the house.

I have been keeping a lot of detail on usage but as soon as solar and battery got installed I lost all data on electricity used as I was relying on the smart meter IHD.

Are we allowed to post links to google sheets here?
Consumption vs discharge seems like quite the gap.

Wow, lost 5% in 5 minutes, hopefully just an anomaly.

Running off the grid now and my draw from grid is around 80w higher than it was previously, assuming due to gateway, inverter and aio but I didn't think they would take that much.

This is what I don't get

Not sure about the posting part..

There is usually a difference in consumption and battery due to the conversation from DC to AC. You’ll always show higher consumption from the battery, I think a good figure is around 10% more, can go as high as 20%.

For example, if the house is demanding 500 watts, the battery might but putting out 550watts. 50watts is lost by the inverter. So battery is supplying 550 watts DC to the inverter and the inverter is supplying 500watts AC to the house. That’s a very basic explanation, happy to be corrected by anyone if that’s not quite correct.

Not sure the above answers your question though.. sorry 🤦‍♂️

simon_rb Thanks for the info but kinda weird when battery is depleted and im running from grid and im drawing nearly 100w over what load power is.
