Our system has just been installed. 23 x 420W panels into 2 Hybrid Inverters and 4 x 5.2 kWh batteries. I do not think its is working correctly.
The software is overestimating real time grid supply by around 25%. I am using my Octopus App and my Loop APP to confirm this.
My Octopus Cosy Tariff has been input into the Giv App and the system recognises this.
To me, I think this system is not working correctly and I suspect the 2 inverters are not synchronising, to form a cohesive system.
Does anyone have experience of using 2 Gig Inverters working together??

Many thanks

AlanB Sit back and observe for a while. Your installer may have forgotten to tell you that each battery will have to be fully discharged and then fully charged before it starts doing much useful. This will take quite a long time as they will all be done in parallel and if your G99 limits you to 3.68kW export, it'll limit each inverter to half that. Ensure both inverters are set to ECO mode (solar charge and dynamic discharge in the app) with no timed settings enabled. Once all the batteries have been calibrated and there's sun about, you should see things start to make sense. We have two gen 1 HY5s with 6.4kWp PV on each.

If your inverters haven't completed calibration, you could shut one down (disable ECO) until the other has completed calibration discharge (quick put the washing on), then use the discharge from the one that was shut down (ECO mode enabled) to charge the one charging up. It's easy to do if you know what has to be done but more difficult on the fly with a new system.
