Battery settings gone from App?

Morning, has anyone else lost the cog in the top right corner of the app that takes you to the battery charge/discharge settings? It disappeared from my android phone last night and is now gone from the wife's iPhone app...

I've poked around, can't see that these very important settings we access all the time have been moved any where else??!

Arron click the hamburger top left, then settings, then preferences, then show quick settings and/or system modes toggles
