Is live support no longer a thing?

Having problems with my inverter over the last 24 hours that haven't resolved overnight and I can no longer see any Live Chat. Has this service been withdrawn?

Hi Mickey, I went to givenergy.co.uk but couldn't see any way to initiate a session.

And I've just tried it again and the LiveChat bubble has reappeared 😃
