Plant setup question, is this possible?

Current setup 1x AC3 1x 8.2kw and 1x 9.5kw.

I am about to add a 2nd AC3 to the mix. But I have been offered a 9.5kw for cheap. So questions are,

1 can I have 2x 9.5kw on 1 AC3 and the 8.2kw on the other AC3?
2 how far apart can the AC3's be apart when in a plant setup? 2 - 3m too far?

Before anyone asks the obvious, no I do not really need 27kw of batteries. But I've been offered a GREAT price and a great price by my installer to attach it.

Assuming the connection is Modbus, the limit would be 100s of metres.
