Dumb question - portal notifications

Here's my dumb question. How do I get rid of the red circle with a number in it on the notification bell icon?

I've clicked on the notification, it's set as read but the red circle is still there. I've refreshed the page in my browser, still there. I could archive it but I've had unarchived notifications in there before that didn't show the red circle and I don't want to archive this one just yet. I've tried everything I can think of yet there it remains!

Please can someone tell me how to achive what should be very simple. It's driving me nuts!

Mike-H Have you been into the "my inverter" > "notifcations" tab or are you just doing from bell icon?

thewhalw21 From the bell icon. It's a batt. callibration complete notif. so doesn't appear in the notifs. tab of the my inverter section.

Press the archive button (a down arrow?)

TX200 I didn't want to archive it yet but it's looking like that might be the only way to get rid of that red circle. It should go once the message is read but it doesn't, annoying.

TX200 I gave up and just archived the notifications. Sadly that didn't work either! Agh!

Archived all notifs. and none show yet the red circle still shows. I've refreshed the page and it still shows. I know it's a little thing but it's really annoying, hope GE can fix that.
