Inverter Off Line

Anything I can do to over come this?
Givenergy say my inverter is not communicating with battery. Mobile App shows PV and Grid supplying the house but battery at 0% SOC and not charging???

Surely the inverter is working fine, as PV and Grid are supplying the house?

Did you mean Battery Offline?
If so, then it could be some of the cells have over volted and the pack takes itself offline. Naturally when the voltages come back down it will kick back in.

L174559 If this is a new install then may be your cable between inverter and battery wasn't fully pushed home by the installer. About 1mm and a tiny click and mine was fixed.
