Battery pausing during discharge (f/w 3013)

I've noticed an odd issue a couple of times now, where my battery just stops discharging to the house and I'm drawing from the grid.

I'm trying to work out if it's linked to grid voltage as it seems high at the same moment in time. Has anyone noticed this behaviour?

Also noticed that with 3013 the battery no longer holds the minimum 4% charge, which 3012 had fixed.

Dropped down to 2% this morning.

Hook I've always seen the drop down below 4% over time once its flat - I guess it uses a little charge just to exist, the battery/inverter then boosted it back up when it stayed down too long.

As for the random pulls from the grid, some of them seem to be a lag in the inverter handling the sudden response - but equally like you, i've seen periods where the battery has charge and it just goes "meh, grid'll do"

I used to get it on the old pre 3012 firmware where it would get to 4% and then just eventually lose charge.

3012 fixed it though and it would remain rock solid at 4%. Seems to have returned now in 3013.

Hook I'm not convinced that the firmware just didn't stop reporting once it got to 4% - I seem to remember seeing it sit at 4% for ages with 3012 - hours. But with 3013 and its perhaps due to the auto adjustments being made, the SOC gets updated more often.

anglefire problem is it doesn’t recorrect itself. It starts charging from solar from 2%.

Hook the self recover function only comes in at 0% then a grid charge to 4%

2% is fine, its just OCV jhas re adjusted down slightly. Nothing of concern

Is it linked to grid voltage?

Hey Hook, I made an account just to find out if there was anyone else having the same issue with the battery going dormant in the early hours.
I see this very rarely, maybe once a month for 1, sometimes 2 consecutive mornings. When I saw your post, I reviewed my data with the grid voltage visible, and I can now see that my battery drop outs align with either an unusually high spike or trough in the grid voltage. The battery output is only ever affected when the load on the house is very low, so we don't see it here until we've gone to bed and the house is ticking over, so from midnight until about 7AM. I'm happy now that this seems to be environmental, rather than any fault of the system.

There was a lot of inactivity from the battery early this morning, it seems to be when the grid voltage was above 247.5 to 248.2. This was from 1AM to 6AM
