I have been informed to come on here and list as wanting to become an EMS BETA test. Forgive me if this has been discussed but searched and could not find any articles. I am not the greatest when it comes to technology so apologies if I have missed it. My batteries have been charging each other and just not working correct so hoping this EMS will sort it all out.
EMS BETA TEST

There is no beta test for the EMS as far as I know? There is a remote version if you have 2 or 3 AC3's as in GivEnergy have a remote tool to balance them. But nothing for dual hybrids yet as far as I know.
THALL last I saw from mick smith was beta was due to start in a week or two
Smk82 If a beta test does happen for Hybrid inverters, I’m interested in joining. Have 2x Gen 1 5kW hybrid inverters
geoffreycoan no idea what is going on. They are keeping things very quiet.
Didn't think there was a beta. Have seen a few people on here mention it. But was just a case of someone from GE turning it on. So you might just need to ask support to flick the switch for you.

Smk82 Ahh I have been told to message "mick" as I am having a second AC3 go in on the 22nd and want it cloud managed rather than EMS. IE sorted for free!
THALL
Yes there is a beta for a cloud based EMS of hybrids -I'm also looking to be part of it.
94jdh do we email Mick directly about this? From what I’ve heard though is the cloud based sorts the cross charging but doesn’t sort out data anomalies
I know they have some already on this cloud version, I'm not one of them unfortunately, but I'm sure it wil be expanded at some point.
Mick was mentioned as one leading it from what I remember.

Smk82 I think the cloud version for 2 or 3 AC3's fixes everything so far. Hopefully I will get myself onto the trial.....
Late to the party, have just had a 3.6kW hybrid inverter commissioned, and have a pre existing AC3 installed, and a FIT solar. There were a couple of hiccups installing but good now. I am aware of the hardware EMS development, but wasn't aware there was a cloud based option. Currently they are both running on different account due to them being commissioned by different installers, so this may need sorting out. I will reach out to GE, but if they read this, perhaps they can help before I do so. The tech assist were extremely helpful during commissioning and solved a problem with the EM115 meters which was impeding completion.

CleoBattery I didn't think a hybrid and ac coupled was possible. How are they not pulling power off each other? Do you have a battery on each?
