Hello All,

I've tried to use the Smart Tariff card on my dashboard.
I am an EOn customer, for both supply and export.
I tried to use the EOn option, but the tariffs aren't correct, so I used the GivEnergy customised option a look at.
I entered my tariff and standing charge details, as well as the export tariff rate.
The imported from the grid works OK, but the export tariff doesn't; it appears to be calculated on the import tariff values.

Is anyone else experiencing this, or have I done something wrong?

(Import 17.215p/kWh, standing charge 19.741p/day and export tariff 5.5p/kWh)

Another point; where has the report generator gone on the new dashboard.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks,

Steve.

Hi there,

We've bug fixed this issue on dev, it looks like the export tariff was reading from import and this is the first we've been report of this issue. A hotfix will be applied tomorrow and apologies for this issue

We’re on Green Energy who don’t have an api yet. I’ve tried to configure the smart tariff card using the GivEnergy option but it doesn’t allow for different tariffs on different days as we get a flat rate at the weekend. Any chance this capability can be added to the portal at some point?
