Hi there, I have my solar installed couple of days ago and on the app I noticed my home constantly is pulling energy from the grid although the battery is almost full. Some time energy is pulled from both and some time my battery dump power to the grid for no reason. Is that normal? System is still calibrating?
Alnourirg6 Post an image of your energy flows graph over the whole day so we can see what you are seeing.
As a newbie you should be wary of jumping to conclusions based solely on the current flow diagram as even if you are looking at the home version as it is not 'live' but a snapshot. Always watch for a period and then if you suspect something is wrong look into the actuall energy used (i.e. totals).
If the import or export are only 100W or less, then don't worry. That will just be tolerances in the system and the inverter not reacting instantly to changes in load and/or sunshine.
